About English Apple Pies
Apple pies were baked in England already in the Middle Ages and then brought to America by the Pilgrims. It was considered to be the best pie - a usual dessert - on Thanksgiving Day and at Christmas. The original name of the English Apple Pie is " The English Apple Pate".
